well I realized I haven't blogged yet and just watched the election and was pretty excited to have something worth reading to blog about

I'm quite sure everybody has heard that our new president is Barack Obama and I am not happy about it, and before the Obama fans get all huffy-puffy hear me out...this election has been one for the books and I have been a McCain supporter from the very start because I am a conservative. I am quite upset to see Obama giving a winning speech and not McCain and am worried to see what happens in the coming years with Obama as our president. I am open for this change if he succeeds in making the country better but as far as what I have read about him, at this point in time, I do not support him as our president, but am hoping he changes my mind. I want this country to be stable again and am worried that because he is president our country will be torn in two. So many people voted for him because of his color and it upsets me that so many people in this country do not know what he stands for they are just wanting "change". I'm hoping that this supposed "change" and "hope" that Obama has promised the United States is positive and doesn't put this country into turmoil. I think I've said my peace and if you disagree so be it that's your opinion. As of this moment, I am truly nervous about the coming months and years with Obama as our president.
