So class this week was so nice, i really liked the whole mind-body lesson. I've been feeling weird lately and it was nice to have the chance to sit there and just relax. It made me think about things, and de-compress. Going through our high-low's and flipping them around was a good way to get a new perspective on our week. I can't wait to drink the tea yet either, I love chai!
