Relax

I my opinion, today's class was a wonderful tune up to the mind and body. I was extremely busy last weekend and I spent all of my time studying so I would not have a lot to do over the week. Unfortunately, I still had to pull late study sessions every night this week. The relaxation activity that we did in class made me calm down and priorities. It also put into perspective, the attitude I should use when handling stress. I haven't had a chance to try the Chai tea yet, but i LOVE tea, so I am sure that it will be gone by this weekend.
