First day of college
So the first day of school was nothing like I expected it to be at all. My first class was nice and small and I felt a very personal connection with my professor, my second class was a class of 200 people and they were all signifigantly older than me so it was very scary, and my third class had over 450 people in it....enough said. I thought that being in residential college was supposed to give us smaller class sizes so the overwhelming number of students in my last two classes of the day caught me off gaurd. I already feel like I am never going to be able to do all the homework I have, work, see my family, make friends, join all the clubs I want to join, do my volunteer work that I need in order to get all the scholarships I need all at the same time. If you can't already tell I am a bit of a worrier...:). So I am very grateful that tomorrow one of my classes doesn't meet and the only other one I will have is US 1100!!!! It will give me a chance to soak all this in a bit more, and hopefully learn how to juggle all these new things at once.
