So the river clean-up turned out not as bad. It actually was really short. I hated waking up so early on my day to sleep in. But after the clean up, I went back to my dorm and took a nice long nap :) Our group cleaned up around downtown. It only took me about 20 minutes to go up and down the streets. San Marcos isnt a very dirty city. Even though I wasnt too excited about the clean up I was glad I did it. It felt good helping out my new community!
