Texas State so far...

So far being here feels a lot like being at summer camp...I feel like I am going to be going home anyday and just live at home for the rest of my life. I miss my Dad a lot...and he is freaking out that I am gone. So I decided today that having a boyfriend back home while going to college is probably the most stressful thing in the world to do. He is a great guy and I care about him a lot..but its getting to the point where he is picking fights all the time and assuming that I am doing things that would upset him. I dont like getting yelled at for no reason. I am not stupid and I would never cheat on someone. Partly because I have seen what it can do..and I would not wish that pain on anyone. My US 1100 teacher seems awesome so far!!! Very animated and bubbly which I like. I am very excited for this year to come. I hope I do as well as I have always planned to. I really would like to make the deans list. And I am very grateful that we didn't have to read that book over the summer...because it is quite possibly the most boring book I have ever seen. Anyway, I hope this year is everything I hope for...and not too much to handle at once.
